There are no refunds for services rendered. If customer (“you” or “your”) voluntarily terminates your agreement with Aral Design Co. (“us”), and you have paid us in advance for services not yet rendered by us, then you may request a refund through our web services department.
All such refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Your account must be current.
All requests for a refund must be made within fifteen (15) days of the date (for website customers) your site launches attached to your domain, or (for print customers) when your receive a final invoice from us.
All requests for a refund must be made to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
